The Basics

• 90 days from delivery
• Like new: unworn, unwashed, tags on, no pet hair or smells
• Original shipping isn't refundable

US Orders

• Free prepaid label, print it from the portal
• Swap sizes, get a refund or take store credit
• Refunds and store credit go out at the first carrier scan
• Exchanges ship once your return is on its way

International Orders

• Ship it back at your cost, add tracking and we start once it moves
• Or keep it once: 50% store credit on returns, free new size on exchanges

Defective, Damaged or Lost

• Wrong or damaged item? Pick that reason and we'll make it right
• Lost package? We replace it if you reach out within 90 days of shipment
