Business Values

This is the operating system that determines how and who we are compatible with as partners. By planting strong seeds, we generate worthwhile results.

• We acknowledge it's natural to think short-term and be self-serving. Business decisions must understand each stakeholder and setup a fair outcome for all parties involved.
• We always make the decision that upholds our Values. By prioritizing our own integrity, we build respect. Making decisions for other reasons can be counter-productive and often limits long-term potential.
• Contracts are often necessary. They are an opportunity to align expectations and meet everyone's needs. Ignoring the realities of a relationship creates unnecessary opportunity to harm each other.
• We are willing to address difficult problems. Resolving problems in-person and on the phone is often necessary for business relationships to operate. We prefer to address the hard problems early.
• Trust and collaboration is our long-term strategy. Being able to point a finger at someone else when you both fail is pointless.
• We are not in a race to the bottom. We are here to be original, surpass expectations, and do cool things.
• Everyone is a work in progress. We accept that no one is perfect and that mistakes will be made. We are here to grow with anyone expressly compatible w/ these values or can publicly show their own.
