Our sublimation line runs 240–322 GSM recycled polyester with 300 DPI edge-to-edge dye sublimation — the ink is vaporized directly into the fibers, which means the print physically cannot crack, peel, or fade. Every piece is cut-and-sew construction: panels printed flat, then assembled, so the design runs seam to seam without white gaps. Certified OEKO-TEX® 100, GRS Certified, and REACH Compliant.

Cotton tees are heavyweight Comfort Colors at 292 GSM — 100% ring-spun, garment-dyed for that lived-in texture out of the box. Prints use DTFlex technology that bonds directly to fibers and stays flexible wash after wash. Hoodies hit 322 GSM. Joggers come in at 280 GSM. Nothing here is printed on cheap blanks.
