We acknowledge our delivery times are more variable than normal. We will do our best and expect 24 business day delivery times for most orders. To make up for any delay, we now offer Complimentary Reimbursements to all current orders based on the duration of your order. You may cancel your order at any time. Cancelled orders will eventually be donated or resold.
Due to our on-demand model, you can only request an order change (design or size) within 48 hours. You can always cancel your order and place a new one. In that scenario, your original order will eventually be donated or resold.
We currently respond to all customer service emails and messages within 24 hours. This usually includes weekends. We will update this for your convenience in case increased volume cause any delay. We process these Progressive Quality Care form submissions once per week.
We act professionally but we are actually a very small team. This Progressive Quality Care experiment will likely drastically increase our customer service inquiries.
