We acknowledge our delivery times are more variable than normal. We will do our best and expect 24 day delivery times for most orders. To make up for any delay, we now offer Complimentary Reimbursements to all current orders based on the duration of your order. You may cancel your order at any time. Cancelled orders will eventually be donated or resold.

Delays caused by new production makes edits a challenge. That said, we can cancel your wrong item with a refund. Cancel an item here.
Our normal customer service responds to requests daily with some delay from increased volume. We process these Proactive Care Offer form submissions once per week.
