Frequently Asked Questions

U.S. and Canada: production time + 3-5 business days via USPS First Class. Orders over 15oz. will automatically be upgraded to USPS Priority Mail which takes 2-3 business days.

International: production time + 1-2 weeks via USPS. Once an order leaves the U.S. it is handed off to the local postal system of the destination country. Shipping time may take longer depending on how your country handles parcels. Shipping time may take longer if customs stops your order. If you experience delays once your order enters customs' hands, we advise that you call your local post office or customs office for assistance.

We will send you a shipping confirmation email when your order ships that will include a link to your tracking number. Be sure to check your spam folder before emailing us. If you used Paypal, an email may have been sent to the email address setup with them.

You can also login to your Shirtwascash account and check the status of your current order. If the order hasn't been shipped yet, it means it's still in production (remember current production times are approx. 1-2 weeks).

​We ship anywhere we haven't experienced too many scammers. If you go to check out and your country isn't listed, unfortunately we can't ship to that country. We do ship to almost every country in the world though! If you think your country should be added to our "safe" list, just hit us up and we'll do an in-depth analysis, including contacting your country's top leaders to see if they seem legit or not.

International orders may incur local customs or VAT charges. We are currently unable to predict or prepay these charges. Please check with your local customs office to see if your order may incur any extra charges. Shirtwascash is not responsible for international taxes, duties or other tariffs your government may charge.

NOTICE: Due to Covid-19, many shipping companies have been experiencing delays. You can typically get updated information about delays by contacting your local post office.

International shipping times usually vary widely from country to country. Once we send out the order, it is in the hands of the postal service and we have no control over how long it takes to get to you from there. If the status does not change on your tracking number for longer than 14 days, try calling your local postal service. Once it leaves the U.S., your order is transferred from USPS to your country's local postal service, therefore we can't track it anymore and are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages in your local country.

If you do need help with an international package taking longer than usual though, hit us up and we'll try and trace the package using telekinesis or other unproven methods. We promise it works sometimes!
