Santa is running a bit late.

Hey all, this year we have:

  1. exceeded our holiday order volume expectations
  2. run into fulfillment issues

If I were to go into all of the details it would displace blame which isn't the way I want to recover from this. It is our intent to turn delays into a catalyst for positive change.

I want to use this as an opportunity to make it clear, although we are imperfect, your experience and relationship with us is my number 1 concern.

I acknowledge many of you have orders that are older than is acceptable. Some Christmas sweaters ordered will not arrive in time for Christmas. We are increasing capacity by working around the clock.

So, please take a moment and pick how we can best resolve your late orders with this form. I wish you all a happy holiday and merry Christmas.
